Abstract

An exhibit of design drawings created by current members was created at the time of the chapter’s 1982 centennial to support the events planned for the celebration. This collection consists of drawings collected for that exhibition and created between 1930 and 1976. Essentially there are 195 individual project files, containing more than 900 drawings presentation and design drawings.

Abstract The Blake Estate collection spans the years ca. 1922–1998 and contains records documenting its history as the private residence of Anson S. and Anita Blake and later as a teaching resource owned and managed by the University of California, Berkeley, Department of Landscape Architecture, now the Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning. Scope and Contents From the Collection:

The Fein collection consists primarily of black and white photographs and negatives, but includes some color transparencies. Images depict interior and exterior views as well as landscapes. Architects and landscape architects represented in the collection include Thomas Church, Douglas Baylis, Frederick Langhorst, and William Wurster.
