Scope and Contents
The John Hudson Thomas collection span 28 linear feet and date from circa 1913 to circa 1940. The collection is composed primarily of architectural drawings and reprographic copies of residences and some commercial buildings in the San Francisco Bay area (Berkeley, Piedmont, Richmond, and Oakland). Specifications for the Anthony A. Gertrude residence, the Julia S. Hackney residence, the Ida Wickson residence, and the First National Bank; along with photographs and negatives of the Boise and Kelly residences, also compose the collection.
