The Professional Papers consist of documents produced by Scott relating to her career in landscape architecture. The series includes correspondence concerning potential projects, publishing, research, design reviews, the establishment of her traveling fellowship at UC Berkeley and essays by Michael Laurie and David Streatfield. The series also includes transcriptions and notes from speeches and presentations given by Scott, documents concerning her involvement in several associations and committees including the ASLA and Berkeley Art Commission, her professional licenses, and documents kept as reference materials such as magazines and newspaper clippings related to the profession in general and not to specific projects.
