From the Collection:

The Schmidt Collections is comprised entirely of project records. The project records include a few sketches, studies, and designs but are primarily working drawings.

Major Projects include numerous banks and apartment buildings. There are also plans for residences, fountains, memorials, and a few businesses. The collection also includes his entry drawings for the San Francisco City Hall Competition (1912) and a housing unit for the Palmito del Verde Plantation in Sinaloa, Mexico.
