The Personal Papers include biographical information with a comprehensive oral history; correspondence from Bender’s time in the military; student work including a Project Portfolio showing a progression of design work from 1950-57, Brooklyn Heights Apartment Building thesis, and Monsanto House of Tomorrow; travel sketches; and family photographs of anniversaries, children's graduations, and travels.
