American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Records
The collection consists of some administrative records such as correspondence, exhibit material, meeting minutes, and walking tours, and two groups of photographs. One set of photographs consists of submittals for awards and the other submittals for a publication.

Thomas D. Church Collection
The Church collection contains primarily office and project records. Archival materials include correspondence, subject files, a scrapbook documenting his published work, public relations files, portraits, photographs, a travel photograph album, and exhibit boards. The bulk of the collection is comprised of more than 1100 projects files which may contain correspondence, plant lists, reports, clippings, photographs, and drawings.
William P. Coburn Collection
The William P. Coburn Collection consists of drawings documenting 13 projects of primarily residential architecture and landscape designs. There are also two commercial projects of which Coburn designed the signage for storefronts in Oakland, CA.

The records are arranged into two Series: Office Records and Project Records.The limited Office Records consist of correspondence, public relations material, and two notebooks containing notes and sketches related to individual projects. The bulk of the collection is comprised of Project Records including drawings, limited documentation, and photographs for a small number of projects.
Walter Hood Collection
The Walter Hood Collection spans the years 1980-2014 and includes files created by Hood and his firm Hood Design Studio. The collection is organized into five series: Personal Papers, Professional Papers, Office Records, Project Records, and Digital Files. These records contain project files, drawings, firm portfolios, photographs, models, and personal sketch books.
George H. Kelley Papers
The George H. Kelley Papers spans the years 1939-c.1990 and documents Kelley’s life and career. The collection is divided into two series: Personal Papers and Professional Papers, and consists of photographs, clippings, film reels and Kelley’s personal scrapbook.
